New York State Police investigators in Dutchess County released security photos of a man who stole merchandise from TOPS Market on Route 9 in Rhinebeck at approximately 9:45 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25.

The man caught on camera allegedly stole the cart before fleeing the grocery store in an unknown vehicle. He was described as being between 5-foot-10 and 6-feet tall. No other descriptive information was provided.
